What is Not Included?
- Alcoholic Beverages: Alcoholic drinks are not included but may be available for purchase onboard depending on the yacht’s license, or guests may be permitted to bring their own (please check specific yacht policy at the time of booking).
- Additional Food/Snacks: Beyond the included meal, any extra food or snacks are at your own expense.
- Special Dietary Requirements: While we strive to accommodate, specific dietary requirements (e.g., vegan, gluten-free, severe allergies) may not always be catered for within the standard meal options. Please inquire in advance if you have specific needs.
- Photography/Videography Services: Professional photography or videography services are not included.
- Personal Expenses: Any personal expenses, souvenirs, or items of a personal nature.
- Tips/Gratuities: Tips for the crew are not included and are at your discretion.
- Water Sports/Activities: Any water sports activities (e.g., swimming, jet skiing) are generally not part of the standard cruise. Swimming after sunset is not permitted by the Coastguard. Jumping off the yacht while underway or at anchor is also not permitted.

Important Instructions & Notes
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at the designated boarding point or be ready for your transfer (if booked) at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled boarding time. Boarding gates close 15 minutes before departure to ensure a timely start. Late arrivals may result in missing the cruise without a refund.
- Meeting Point/Pick-up:
- Self-Arrival: Your exact boarding point details will be provided in your booking confirmation. Please refer to this for directions.
- Transfer: If you have booked a shared or private transfer, the pick-up time and location will be confirmed in your booking details. Please be ready at the specified time and location.
- Transfer Options:
- Shared Transfers: These are cost-effective and involve pick-up/drop-off from/to major hotels or designated points within Dubai. You may share the vehicle with other guests.
- Private Transfers: These offer more flexibility and convenience with direct pick-up/drop-off from your specified location.
- Identification: All guests are required by UAE law to bring a valid original photo ID (Passport for tourists, Emirates ID or Emirates Driving License for residents) for check-in. Failure to comply may result in denied boarding or fines.
- Dress Code:
- Smart Casual attire is recommended.
- No swimwear/bikinis are allowed while onboard, unless specific swimming stops are part of a private charter (which is not typically included in these shared cruises).
- Footwear is typically not permitted on board the yacht to protect the deck. You will be asked to remove your shoes before boarding.
- Children Policy: Children under 3 years old are generally free of charge but must remain within the saloon or cabin area and be accompanied by an adult at all times. All bookings for children must include at least one adult.
- Weather Conditions: Cruises operate subject to prevailing weather conditions. In the event of rough weather or a weather warning issued by the Coast Guard, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the cruise for safety reasons. Refunds will be issued for cancellations made by the operator due to unsafe weather.
- Yacht Allocation: The specific yacht used for your cruise may vary based on weather conditions and capacity requirements to ensure ample space and a smooth ride for all guests.
- Respectful Conduct: Please ensure respectful behavior onboard. Abuse of alcohol or reckless behavior may result in early termination of the cruise without refund. Littering in the waters is strictly prohibited and punishable by law.
- Shared Tour: Please note that these are shared yacht tours, and you will be cruising with other guests.
