What is Not Included?

Important Instructions & Notes
- Eligibility & Age Requirements:
- The minimum age to participate in parasailing is typically 10-12 years old, but this can vary by operator.
- Children under a certain age or height may need to fly with an adult.
- Participants must be in good health and free from any serious medical conditions (heart problems, back/neck injuries, pregnancy, etc.). Please consult your doctor if you have any concerns.
- Weight restrictions apply for safety reasons. The maximum combined weight for a tandem flight (two people) is typically around 180-200 kg (400-440 lbs), but this can vary.
- Identification: Participants may be asked to present a valid original photo ID (Passport for tourists, Emirates ID or Emirates Driving License for UAE residents) at the time of check-in.
- Arrival Time: Please arrive at the designated location at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time for check-in and safety briefing.
- What to Wear:
- Wear comfortable swimwear or light clothing that can get wet.
- Sunscreen, sunglasses (with a strap), and a hat are highly recommended.
- Bring a towel and a change of clothes for after the activity.
- Safety Briefing: It is mandatory to attend and pay full attention to the safety briefing provided by the crew. This will cover procedures, hand signals, and what to do in case of an emergency.
- Listen to the Crew: Always follow the instructions of the captain and crew. Their expertise is crucial for your safety.
- Weather Conditions: Parasailing is highly dependent on weather conditions, particularly wind speed and direction. The activity may be postponed or cancelled by the operator for safety reasons in the event of strong winds, storms, or other adverse conditions. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative time/date or a refund.
- Personal Belongings: It is highly recommended to leave valuables (wallets, phones, watches, jewelry) in a secure locker (if provided) or at your hotel. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items during the activity.
- Alcohol/Drugs: Participating in parasailing under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of the activity without refund.
- Photography/Videography: If you wish to take your own photos or videos, ensure your camera is securely attached to you. Many operators offer photo/video packages for an additional fee.
