Important Instructions & Notes
- Eligibility & Age Requirements:
- Driver: The minimum age to drive a Jetski in Dubai is 16 years old.
- Passenger: Children as young as 5 years old can typically ride as passengers with an adult driver.
- Participants must be able to swim or be comfortable in water, although life jackets are mandatory.
- This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, individuals with back/neck problems, heart conditions, or other serious medical conditions. Please consult your doctor before participating.
- Identification: All drivers must present a valid original photo ID (Passport for tourists, Emirates ID or Emirates Driving License for UAE residents) at the time of check-in. Failure to provide valid ID may result in denial of service without refund.
- Pick-up and Drop-off:
- Sharing Transfers: Pick-up and drop-off will be from your hotel/residence in Dubai on a shared basis with other guests. Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 15 minutes prior to your confirmed pick-up time. Shared transfers operate on a fixed schedule and route; minor delays can occur due to traffic conditions or other pick-ups.
- Private Transfers: Pick-up and drop-off will be directly from your specified hotel/residence in Dubai by a private vehicle. Please be ready at your hotel lobby at the confirmed pick-up time.
- Your exact pick-up time and the activity location will be confirmed with your booking.
- Arrival Time (if self-arriving): If you are making your own way, please arrive at the Jetski center at least 20-30 minutes prior to your scheduled start time for check-in and safety briefing.
- What to Wear:
- Wear comfortable swimwear or light clothing that can get wet.
- Sunscreen, sunglasses (with a strap), and a hat are highly recommended.
- Bring a towel and a change of clothes for after the activity.
- Safety Briefing: It is mandatory to attend and pay full attention to the safety briefing provided by the instructor. This will cover operating instructions, local regulations, and safety procedures.
- Follow Instructions: Always follow the instructions of your guide/instructor. This is crucial for your safety and the safety of others.
- Restricted Areas: There are designated zones for Jetskiing in Dubai. You must adhere to the routes and areas specified by your guide.
- Weather Conditions: Jetskiing is highly dependent on weather and sea conditions. In the event of strong winds, rough seas, or other unsafe conditions, the activity may be postponed or cancelled by the operator for safety reasons. In such cases, you will be offered an alternative time/date or a refund.
- Personal Belongings: It is highly recommended to leave valuables (wallets, phones, watches, jewelry) in a secure locker (if provided) or at your hotel. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items during the activity.
- Alcohol/Drugs: Operating a Jetski under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited by law and will result in immediate termination of the activity without refund.
