Fuel & Tolls: All fuel costs and Salik/Darb (toll) charges are included.
Standard Luggage Allowance: Included for standard-sized suitcases and carry-on bags.

What is Not Included?

Meals & Beverages: Food and drinks are not included. Stops can be arranged for refreshments upon request, with costs borne by the client.
Entrance Fees to Attractions: Any entry fees to monuments, parks, museums, or other visiting places in the destination city are not included. This service is purely for transportation.
Excess Baggage Charges: Any additional charges for oversized, odd-shaped, or excessive luggage that does not fit safely within the vehicle. Please inform us in advance if you have unusual luggage requirements.
Child Seats: Child seats are typically not included and must be requested in advance, often incurring an additional charge. Please specify the age of the child when booking.
Waiting Time beyond Policy: Additional charges may apply for waiting time beyond the complimentary period (see below).
Tips/Gratuities: Tips for the driver are not included and are at your discretion.
Multiple Stops/Sightseeing: This service is a direct transfer between two points. Any additional stops for sightseeing or other purposes will incur extra charges and must be pre-arranged and confirmed at the time of booking.

Important Instructions & Notes

Provide Full Details: It is crucial that you provide accurate and complete pick-up and drop-off addresses (including building names, apartment/villa numbers, if applicable) for both your starting and destination points when booking.
Specify Date & Time: Clearly indicate your desired pick-up date and time.
Vehicle Selection: Choose the appropriate vehicle size based on your group size and luggage to ensure a comfortable journey.
Be Ready for Pick-up: Please be ready at your designated pick-up location at the agreed-upon time.
Complimentary Waiting Time:
- For hotel/residence pick-ups: We offer 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the scheduled pick-up time.
- For airport pick-ups (if applicable for intercity from airport): We offer 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from your flight’s actual landing time.
Delays: If you anticipate any delays in being ready for your pick-up, please notify us immediately using the emergency contact number provided in your booking confirmation. Waiting time beyond the complimentary period may be charged at an hourly rate.
Luggage: Ensure all your luggage fits within the capacity of the booked vehicle. If you have excessive or oversized items, please inform us when booking to arrange a suitable vehicle.
Journey Duration: The estimated journey time will be provided at the time of booking. Please note that actual travel time may vary due to traffic conditions, especially during peak hours.
Comfort Stops: If you require a brief comfort stop during the journey, please inform your driver. Reasonable requests will be accommodated if safe to do so.
Reconfirm Details: We highly recommend reconfirming your transfer details (addresses, times) with us at least 24 hours before your transfer date.
